Hello Saathi

Launched in 2020 as part of COVID-19 response, Hello Saathi is a no cost helpline that provides access to self-care advice and free telemedicine consults with an accredited gynaecologist/general physician, receiving digital prescriptions, referrals and real-time updates on existing social entitlements and schemes around MH & SRH. Ultimately the helpline acts as a bridge between local communities and the District system by referring people to engage with AAA workers and Primary Healthcare Centres (PHCs). Hello Saathi has shared information and resolved over 50,000 MH & SRH healthcare issues to date.
