We are looking for someone who can help us think strategically about fundraising, build strong donor and partner relationships, and spot opportunities across India and globally. In our team-led structure, this role is not just about raising funds independently, but about working alongside other leads to shape fundraising priorities, strengthen our fundraising culture, and help the team stay aligned with what the ecosystem is looking for. You will have the autonomy to develop and execute fundraising strategies, making decisions directly in collaboration with the team.
The Design Lab Lead is the strategic architect of Uninhibited's Design Lab, a cross-cutting practice that strengthens PeriodShala (on-ground implementation program), advances the Menstrual Health Hub (Global Advocacy), and supports Governance through participatory design, evidence
generation, and systems thinking. You lead the Lab's 5-year trajectory to establish menstrual health as a critical sign of wellbeing in India, translating field insights into scalable interventions, institutional evidence, and systemic influence.
