  • Conducted secondary research, consultations, and a 3-day design-thinking meet.

  • Collected and analysed data, leading to early insights.

Developing the Framework

  • Built the online framework and MVP.

  • Integrated insights into a visualised, testable resource.

Testing & Future Growth

  • Ongoing testing and refinement with practitioners.

  • Expanding partnerships and preparing Version 2.0.

  • Long-term goal: global adaptation and policy integration by 2026.
